Leanne brings 20 years of experience in the public transit sector and has held roles across product, customer success, professional services, and more. As General Manager, Leanne oversees overall business strategy, direction, and growth. Her responsibilities include business performance and expansion, fostering strong relationships with our customers and partners, and driving innovation, process improvements, and operational excellence. In her role, Leanne will focus on driving business growth while making a positive impact on the organization, its customers, and the industry.

Melissa joined TransTrack January 2024. Prior experience included leadership in sales and customer success in the SaaS space. As Senior Director of Sales & Marketing, she oversees all the sales and marketing org, partnerships, business development, and account management. She is passionate about providing the tools for transit agencies to make data-driven decisions improving the overall rider experience.
