Melissa joined TransTrack January 2024. Prior experience included leadership in sales and customer success in the SaaS space. As Director of Sales, she oversees all the sales org, partnerships, business development, and account management. She is passionate about providing the tools for transit agencies to make data-driven decisions improving the overall rider experience.

YOSHIRO NAKASATO
Head of Finance
Yoshiro is an experienced finance executive with a solid accounting background raised over six years at one of the Big4 Audit firms. In addition, he acquired a firsthand understanding of the entrepreneurial journey through his role as the Head of Finance for a Tech Startup, supporting the founders' fundraising efforts from Seed to Series A while structuring internal teams and discovering the ideal business model. Being an agile team player and cultural broker, he joined Modaxo in Sep 2022 and TransTrack in Sep 2024. Aside from overseeing all accounting and finance facets, he also acts as a business partner engaging with senior management to formulate strategies and ensure they are carried out as intended.
