Challenges
San Joaquin Regional Transit District (SJRTD) wanted a company not only to provide software that would help with their NTD reporting but wanted a tool that would align with their unique datasets and who would not have to change the way they structure their data. Staff wanted an easy way to import data from their vendors in order to consolidate financial records plus ridership data and break down the data silos readily between departments.

San Joaquin Regional Transit District is the regional transit provider for San Joaquin County, serving the Stockton Metropolitan Area and the county with intercity, interregional, and rural transit services. It won APTA's Outstanding Transit System Award in 2018.
With a fleet of 76 RTD buses and 70 contracted buses, SJRTD serves over 3 million passengers a year throughout the San Joaquin County. It encompasses a service area of 1,426 square miles and employs over 275 people.
