Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority (ECCTA, Tri Delta Transit) wanted a software system that acted as a central repository for all of their data. Most of the agency data was scattered across multiple departments, in different spreadsheets that did not match with other departments. Management wanted consistency, clarity, and ease of use in a data hub with reporting components. They chose TransTrack for the technology and fantastic client support.

Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority (ECCTA), operating under the name "Tri Delta Transit," provides fixed-route and paratransit services to a population of approximately 315,000 residents in the 225 square miles of Eastern Contra Costa County. Formed in 1977 as a Joint Powers Agency (JPA) consisting of the cities of Antioch, Brentwood, Pittsburg, and the county of Contra Costa, Oakley joined in 1999.
