Paola has over 18 years of experience in the rail and public transportation industries. She has experience managing technology projects, driving business operations, and marketing software solutions. As Vice President of Operations and Customer Experience, Paola leads sales, marketing, professional services, and customer care. In her role, Paola is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and value that improve the lives of our customers and their customers.

Daniel McCaslin joined TransTrack Systems Inc. in 2014 and has over 17-years of experience in public transportation management. His educational background includes:

Dan brings over 17-years of transit industry experience, including 11-years of fixed route and paratransit contracted transportation oversite, and the last 6-years in his current role at TransTrack. Dan is responsible for managing teams performing new client implementations, ensuring that system specifications and results reflect internal and client business processes. Dan is responsible for new and ongoing client training and manages the customer support process which is often consultative in nature assisting our clients with understanding their data and business conditions. ​

Terry is an experienced business leader who has demonstrated success in two large industries: public transportation technology and telecommunications.  His experiences include Business Integration, Operations, Project Management, Product Management, Business Intelligence, Sales, and Business Development.  Terry has been with what is now Modaxo since 2009 -- starting in 2002 with public transportation technology -- and has overseen TransTrack for the past two years as a Group Leader in the Modaxo Americas Portfolio group.

Neil joined Modaxo in 2023, and TransTrack in January 2024. Prior experience included  accounting and financial statement audit, financial planning and analysis experience within the technology sector including budgeting and forecasting, financial and non financial variance and KPI analysis, and support in M&A transactions. As Director of Finance, he oversees all accounting and finance related matters while acting as a business partner to support each facet of the company.
